Summer Break Reminders

Welcome to summer break!

Thank you, everyone, for an incredible year!  The energy last night was electric and we couldn't be more excited to kick-off the 2025 season!  All of this information has been added to the Updates section on our website, www.dublinsciotoband.org.

If you were unable to attend the meeting last night, here is the recap

• Summer uniform orders are due 6/11.  This is a required purchase for all incoming freshmen or new marchers.  Returning members can use this opportunity to buy a new size if you need one.  Click here to purchase your uniform.

• Band camp registration is past due. Please take a moment to complete your registration.  

  • You can check your registration status using this form.

• The fees and band handbook has been updated for the 2025 season.  Please take a moment and review the band handbook.  There are several new attendance policies for the 2025 season.

  • Students, if you're currently employed, please give the attached PDF schedule to your bosses this week.  Work is an unexcused absence.

  • All upcoming absences (including if you've already reached out to me) should be reported to Megan Aubihl (aubihl_megan@dublinschools.net) for the entirety of the 2025 season.

• If you plan to participate in a fall sport that will conflict with marching band, you must complete this fall sports waiver request.  Please note that this form is a request only, not an opt out.  The directors will reach out to you individually to confirm your request, or talk to you about next steps.  If you have already spoken to me about your student's sport, we still need to have the completed form.

• FUN night (Fees, Uniform, Needs) will be June 11th (Seniors/Juniors) and 12th (Sophomores/Freshmen) from 6:30p-8:00p.  If you are unable to attend your specified night, please let me know.

• Finally, all of our music will be posted in our Members Only section in the resources tab on our website.  The password is "IrishBand" 

• Report time for Graduation (grades 9-11 only) is 2:30.  Dress is concert black.
