Congratulations to the 2X GRAND CHAMPION Dublin Scioto Band! The band won best overall music, best overall visual, and best overall general effect, in addition to placing 1st overall! The band scored a 91.8 which is the highest score the band has received since OMEA switched to a 100 point scale. Most importantly, the band had a phenomenal performance!
