Uniform Fittings & Band Cook Out

Uniform fittings will be held on two nights. Please sign your student up for an appointment on the appropriate night.

Thursday, 6/22 is reserved for returning band members that will need to try on their current uniform and be given the opportunity to trade out parts of their uniform for a different size.

Friday, 6/23 is reserved for new members to be fitted for their entire uniform.

If a student cannot attend of these nights, we will have a make-up date in July on a day to be determined.

ALL MEMBERS need to wear black socks, secure long hair such that it can fit in their hat, and bring a check for payment (unless you've made arrangements with Mr. Doherty).

We need volunteers to help these nights run smoothly and efficiently. Please sign up if you are willing and able to help. Many hands make light work. No experience necessary. Thank you!

Band Cook Out

Please join us on Friday, June 30th from 6p-8p as we celebrate the progress your child has made during their first week of practice and get to know the band community! There will be food, drinks, and games. This event is open to all family members. Please RSVP here!
