Symphonic Winds Schedule

  • 2:00p — Depart for Lexington High School

  • 3:15 — Arrive at Lexington High School

  • 3:55 — Warm Up

  • 4:30 — Perform

  • 5:10 — Sight Read

  • 5:30 — Return to home room

  • 6:05 — Watch Concert Band perform

  • 6:40 — Anticipated departure for Dublin Scioto

  • 7:50 — Arrive at Dublin Scioto


Concert Band Schedule

  • 3:30 — Depart for Lexington High School

  • 5:00 — Arrive at Lexington High School

  • 5:35 — Warm Up

  • 6:05 — Perform

  • 6:40 — Sight Read

  • 7:30 — Anticipated departure for Dublin Scioto 

  • 8:40 — Anticipated arrival at Dublin Scioto


General Information

  • OMEA Large Group Adjudicated Event is at Lexington High School, 103 Clever Lane, Lexington, OH 44904

  • There are extensive concessions available at Lexington, please bring cash.  Symphonic, we will not have time to eat before the performance, but you will have time afterwards.  Concert, please bring a snack with you for after school.

  • Dress is concert black.  This included all black shoes. Several members have shown up to our concerts without all black shoes.  If you don’t have black dress shoes, wear your marching band shoes.  If your marching shoes are dirty, wash them!

  • Spectators are welcome and encouraged to this free performance!  OMEA has a strict no audio or video recording for this event.  Audio or video recordings will disqualify the group.


3/9 St. Patrick’s Day Parade

  • 9:30a — Report to Scioto in uniform

  • 10:00 — Depart for the Parade

  • 10:20 — Arrive at Parade

  • 11:00 — Parade Starts

  • 12:30 — Anticipated Parade end, depart for Scioto

  • 12:50 — Anticipated return time to Scioto
