OMEA Large Group Adjudicated Event

General Information

• This event is at Worthington Kilbourne HS on Friday, 3/7. It is free and open to the public, we would love to see you there! There is a strict, no photography, no videos, and no audio recording policy. The penalty is disqualification. There will be an opportunity for a group photo at the end of the performance.

• Dress for this event is concert black. There were some issues with this at our last concert. Here is a reminder of what is acceptable for concert black.

  • Black dress shoes. If you don't own a pair, wear your marching shoes. Absolutely no sneakers.

  • Black dress pants. No cargo pants, joggers, sweatpants, black jeans, etc. Dress pants only.

  • Dresses/skirts must extend past your knees.

• 5:15p — Concert Band Percussion report to Scioto

• 5:30p — Concert Band report to Scioto

• 5:50p — Depart for Worthington Kilbourne

• 6:00p — Arrive at Worthington Kilbourne

• 7:30p — Concert Band Performance (Open to the public)

• 8:10p — Concert Band sight reading assessment (Closed to the public)

• 9:00p — Anticipated departure for Scioto

• 9:10p — Anticipated arrival at Scioto

• 8:20p — Depart for Worthington Kilbourne

• 9:35p — Symphonic Winds Performance (Open to the public)
