June Information

I hope your summer is off to a great start! This post will contain all the information you need to know to make it through June. It's a pretty quiet month in the band world, so do something fun with your time away from school and enjoy the beautiful weather we've been having!

As a reminder, Mr. Doherty is getting married and will be unavailable from June 4th through June 19th. Ms. Aubihl is going out of the country and will be sporadically available until June 27th.

Time Sensitive

  • Summer uniform orders must be placed by June 8th. Due to the quick turn around, we cannot accept any late orders. Please be sure that your order is in before the due date.

    • All new members must purchase the polo and shorts

    • All returning members must purchase the shorts

  • If you have not registered for band camp, you need to register this week. We need to submit numbers to Camp Bountiful to ensure that they will have enough food for us, among other things! Click here to visit the band camp tab and register now!

June Sectional Dates

  • The Color Guard and Percussion sections will have several sectionals in June. On the following dates, Guard and Battery will rehearse from 5-8p and the Pit will rehearse 6:30-8p

    • 5/31, 6/8, 6/15, 6/22, 6/27

Band Camp

  • It's time to begin preparations for band camp! Click here to visit the band camp tab and review the documents in the "Forms & Documents" section. I have updated this section to include all forms that are listed in the Form Checklist. We will have a notary available at select practices this summer. More info soon!
