Thank you to all of our volunteers who worked concessions and the fund drive! Both nights were a big success! Our season wouldn't be possible without the help of our volunteers. You make this band community somethign truly special!

We Need Your Help!

• Saturday is a busy day with Scioto hosting Freshman and JV Football games starting in the morning, followed by two girls Field Hockey games in the afternoon. The good news is the weather will be much cooler and we don't need nearly as many people as Friday night games. Please consider volunteering, it is a great way to help during these more relaxed games. Click here to sign up!

• 4:30 — Report to the band room in summer uniform

• 4:45 — Load trailer

• 5:45 — Depart for Thomas Worthington

• 6:00 — Arrive/unload

• 7:00 — Kickoff

• 9:30 — Anticipated end time

• 10:00 — Anticipated departure time

• 10:15 — Anticipated return time

Information

• We will wear summer uniforms for this week's game. This is black shoes (marching shoes if you have them,) grey shorts and green polo. You are permitted to wear sunglasses on the march over and in the stands, but not on the field.

• This is our first away game! We will not have specific return times, so your child will give you a call when we are about 5 minutes away from the school.

11:00a — Winds/guard report to Scioto for rehearsal

2:15p — Lunch (details TBA)

3:15p — Depart for Louisville HS (Canton area)

5:30p — Arrive at Louisville HS

6:55p — Warm Up

8:00p — HAVE A SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE!

9:30p — Awards

10:00p — Depart for Scioto

12:15a — Arrive at Scioto
