Congratulations, everyone, on an INCREDIBLE performance at BOA Obetz this weekend! 14th place is a MASSIVE accomplishment and we are incredibly proud of the students hard work that made this possible.

Updates

• A few weeks ago, I sent out a possible schedule change due to an interdepartmental conflict. The schedule will remain unchanged and we will participate in the contest on 10/24 as scheduled. Thank you for your flexibility while we worked through all possible options to ensure that as many students could participate as possible.

• DUBLIN BAND SHOWCASE

  • It has come to my attention that the annual Dublin Band Showcase is not on the calendar. The Showcase is Thursday, 10/15 at Scioto. More information to follow.We are excited to offer a spirit wear fundraiser to celebrate the upcoming Dublin Band Showcase! Merchandise features a new combined logo representing each of the three high schools. • 2:30p — Depart for Ohio Stadium

• 4:15p — Warm Up

• 5:15p — Perform!

• 5:30p — Load trucks, homecoming students dismissed

• 6:00p — Stadium Time

  • Get food at concessions, watch bands, etc.

• 7:45p — In seats to watch William Mason HS

• 9:00p — In seats to watch The Ohio State University Marching Band

• 9:30p — Awards

• 10:00p — Depart for Scioto

• 10:30p — Anticipated arrival at Scioto

  • Competition meal: bbq pulled pork sandwiches, bbq shredded chicken sandwiches, macaroni and cheese (chips for our gluten free/dairy free friends), salad and dessert.

  • Concessions at the stadium are cashless.

• Students who plan to attend homecoming will be dismissed immedietely after the performance
