An exciting week ahead, our second ever Bands of America appearance at the Glassbowl at the University of Toledo!
Pit Crew
Volunteers who are signed up for pit crew on Saturday should plan to be at rehearsal on Thursday form 5:00p-6:00p to learn entry and exit procedures. Any questions should be directed towards Mr. Berkebile.
Football Home vs. Worthington Kilbourne 8th Grade Night!
Itinerary
3:15 — Scioto Band Practices
4:30 — 8th graders arrive at Scioto
5:15 — Perform for 8th graders and 8th grade/Scioto families
5:30 — Dinner (provided by DMB)
6:25 — March to the stadium
6:40 — Pregame performance with the 8th graders
7:00 — Kick off
9:30 — Anticipated end time
Information
We will wear full uniform for this weeks game
Reminder: there is no food or drink (aside from water) in the stands during games. You must be in your seat with one minute remaining on the clock in 3rd quarter. Failure to be on time results in the loss of next week's third quarter privilege
Dinner: Jet's Pizza and Freeze Pop popsicles.
Gluten Free cheese pizza will be available for those who need it.
Jet's crust is egg free.

10:50a — Arrive at the University of Toledo
11:55a — Warm Up
1:00p — Perform!
1:20p — Photos
2:00p — Lunch
3:30p — In your seats to watch reigning Grand National Champion, Avon HS (IN)
4:45p — Preliminary Awards
Should we not advance to finals
Load the buses and head home with an estimated arrival time of 7:45p
Should we advance to finals
Return to the buses, change into uniform, head to warm up!
Finals awards are at 10:45p. Anticipated arrival time at Scioto would be 2am.
General Information
Food
Please eat breakfast before you arrive at school.
Dublin Music Boosters will provide a light breakfast (muffins, etc.) once we get off the bus at Toledo.
Muffins, granola bars, cheese sticks, Slim Jim's and oranges
Gluten free, dairy free, egg free banana muffins will be available
Made Good brand granola bars available for those with allergies
Lunch will be provided by the Dublin Music Boosters after our prelims performance.
Pulled chicken sandwiches, Mac & cheese, and salad
Dessert: Gluten free, vegan rice crispy treats
Gluten free, egg free ciabatta rolls available
Gluten free mac and cheese will be provided
Additional food may be purchased at the concessions. Please bring cash just in case!
Should we advance to finals, we will also provide dinner.

GF Option: Chick Fil A grilled chicken sandwich with GF, egg free bun and fries
"Free" Time
After our performance, students will have the opportunity to watch bands, eat at concessions, and visit the souvenir booths. Please remember you are representing the band at all times during your "free time." Behave like the responsible young adults we know you can be!

Spectator Guide
Music for All has a clear bag policy for spectators. Pending each venues specific guidelines small bags, clear bags and emergency medical bags may be permitted. Bag policies are effective to expedite entry into venues and provide additional safety. Spectators will be allowed to bring items such as cameras provided, they are not in cases that would violate the bag policy at that venue.
